I watched a race

I woke up and watched "Outlaws", an episode of Lost. Then I went and ran in the African American History 5K on Fort Rucker. I finished in 23:29, good for third in my age group. I came home and Watched the next episode of Lost, "..in Translation". It was really good. Notable songs I came across today: "Love" - Gojira, "Scars(Mexico)" - Papa Roach, "Rude Mood" - Stevie Ray Vaughan. I watched the ARCA race, most of it. It really sucked, a lot of yellow flags. Now I'm watching the Bud Shootout. We'll see how that goes.
